Nancy O’Dell is an Emmy Award-winning entertainment journalist, who has proven to be a force as a host, author, producer and entrepreneur. She’s currently co-host of the most watched entertainment news program in the world, Entertainment Tonight. Previously, she anchored Access Hollywood for 13 years and has contributed to CBS’s The Early Show as well as NBC’s Today show and Dateline. As co-host of Oprah Winfrey’s premiere primetime show, Your Own Show, on the OWN Network, Nancy fulfilled a career dream of working with Oprah. With 20 years of live television experience, Nancy has hosted countless network specials, including multiple Emmy Awards Red Carpet shows, as well as The Live Golden Globes Arrivals Special and The Tournament of Roses Parade. She also rang in 2011 on Fox’s New Year’s Eve Live. Nancy’s previous books include “FULL OF LIFE: Mom-to-Mom Tips I Wish Someone Told Me When I Was Pregnant,” and “FULL OF LOVE: Mom-to-Mom Advice for Enriching Families With Simple Photo Albums and Scrapbooking.” As a designer, Nancy has her own line of outdoor furniture called “Red Carpet by Nancy O’Dell” and a growing line of scrapbooking products with Creative Memories. She is a self-described “scrapbooking fiend” who scraps “anything and everything.” Nancy is a National Vice President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the ALS National Ambassador and a co-host of the annual MDA Telethon. Nancy has been working with MDA ever since her mother was diagnosed with ALS in 2008. In August 2009, MDA, Nancy and Nancy’s family formed a foundation in her mother’s memory called Betty’s Battle: Fighting ALS. Nancy also serves as an International Board Member of Best Buddies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships and employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Nancy lives in Los Angeles with her husband, her two stepsons and her daughter.
